Best Life 2010 Day 177: Continuing Technical Difficulties

Not sure when you'll see this, since I got back online, but in the time I've been typing this, it choked again.

So I can honestly say today was probably the lowest point of my entire life.
And yet, I sit here smiling as I type this?

Why?

Because God is good, and life is good. I woke up healthy, and so did my family, and we made it through the day safely. The world didn't end, the sun didn't fall out of the sky, nothing I am facing is the end of the world.

I trust, TRUST that the Universe has my back, and that I haven't been brought this far to fall; and that everything will make sense soon.

Since let me tell you something; it's easy to feel faith when you're sitting in Church, or even a day or two after you leave; it's easy to watch The Secret and spend the next week or month believing you can control your life.
It's easy to listen to a motivational speaker and get all fired up for the next little while.

What counts is what you do when the going gets tough.
Everyone has a plan until they get hit!

I see it again and again, people are upbeat and positive until their relationship goes off the rails, or they lose their job.
But if your beliefs can't sustain you when you're *down *, then what's the point in them?

No matter what you're up against, I guarantee you there is someone out there who'd be willing to switch places with you...and you probably wouldn't have to look hard to find them. As long as you're still alive, you've got time to do what it takes.

Dig in deep, stand up straight, and keep your head held high, and remember it's not how you start, it's how you finish.

(Don't forget: LAST WEEK for Oprah auditions, so please vote (you can do it many times, on multiple days); if you aren't a US Resident please leave a comment!)
