Well, you may not know this: but it's my one year anniversary of keeping this journal, which became a blog a few months ago. It also marks the longest sustained period in my life of keeping a journal; I guess it counts as a habit now! Happy birthday, dear Journal; happy birthday to you!
Today was good, yesterday we went to a get together with my friends where Lexi played with another girl her age (the child of a family friend) and she came over to play today.
It was a good time, except Lexi kept having tantrums on and off, and the other little girl wet herself twice!
Needless to say, I didn't accomplish as much as I'd have liked to today; but I guess that's what I get for trying to work on a Sunday!
I am feeling good about my prospects over the next week; I have some ideas about how I can turn the tides in my favor.
