Can the LOA work to attract something negative into another's life? This thought is terrifying me, because everytime i read or hear something bad i always worry about it happening to my child. I am terrified that because i fear it so much it might happen.

Yeah, see the 'terrified' 'worry' and 'fear' that you are expressing is more dangerous than anything you read or hear.

Your child is healthy, happy, safe, loved, and protected.
Focus on that and everything else will be fine; worrying about what COULD go wrong is a surefire recipe if not for bad things to manifest, then for you to have a hell of a lot of unnecessary stress being afraid that something bad is going to happen!
