The last few days Charlene has been working, so it's been Lexi and I one on one; and most days after we take a walk, or her mom gets home, Lexi will look at me and say “I had a good day, Daddyâ€.
Little things like that are what make it worth getting up in the morning.
I've been pleased to get my spiritual practice caught up with my physical practice (since the Equinox); and just like going to the gym: this is the easiest it has ever been for me.
I guess that proves that the timing was right!
So far, Fall has hit southern california with triple digit heat (really hot, for my celsius using friends); so it's kinda like everything is backwards.
There's a big religious festival tomorrow that I was really looking forward to, and sad I missed last year; but here on the eve of it happening, something is telling me to sit it out.
I guess, I'm not going then; trust in the Force, I do!
And remember:
Never give up, never give up, never ever ever give up.
