I know I'm * way * behind on this one, but I've recently started watching Battlestar Galactica (to help prepare me for a show pitch)...and this show is frakkin AWESOME.
Today was good; I got up and out to the gym early again.
I've been enjoying the process; this is the hardest I've ever worked on working out. I kinda kinked my neck and shoulder, so I may sit out tomorrow. Or at least take it easy; I guess we'll see how I feel tomorrow!
I've decided on a new direction I am going to go with my spirituality column and All About You; should be very interesting.
And remember:
