I spent the day getting ready for my road trip tomorrow; gotta get up at 5 am to be down south for a show at 8 am. Tonight's going to be an early night!
I've been reading “Reading Judas†by Elaine Pagels and Karen L King; a WONDERFUL book; gives a really interesting picture of what it was like in the early days of Christianity and all the challenges the people faced.
I enjoy it, because it shows me that the basic problems and questions we have in our lives are as old as human kind; there really is nothing new under the sun.
The major difference is, if we make a mistake, no one comes in our house to kill us and our family. No being sold into slavery, no being fed to lions.
Kind of keeps your problems in perspective, doesn't it?
And remember:
Never give up, never give up, never ever ever give up.
