I know humans evolved eating meat and plants Yet I heard how adopting a vegetarian diet is healthier. I tried it and have been a vegetarian for a year now, and I do feel healthier and more vitality. How can no meat be healthy if we evolved eating it?

It may well be that you feel healthier and more vital without eating meat, but this is not true for everyone.
And, there are people out there that argue being *vegetarian* is what is unhealthy and unnatural:

Either way, you should do what feels right for you; since everyone is different and your body will tell you what it needs. All you have to do is listen.
