Even though the holiday was yesterday, most things were closed today so it was essentially a 4 day weekend.
Then again, since I am self employed every day both is and is not a weekend for me!
I feel so happy and blessed to have built up the following I have now; but I am really wracking my brain for ways to keep growing; more friends, more fans, more followers on Twitter, my subscribers to my articles.
The Internet is a strange place: you can't ask people to do anything directly.
Even if it's free, even if they'd like it; you just can't.
So I am looking for new ways to reach new people (and open to suggestions!)
The reason why I want this is 3 fold: 1, if I can demonstrate a large following it will be easier to break into TV or radio; 2. I can reach more people to help them, and 3. more people == more book sales and coaching clients (this IS what I do for a living, afterall).
I am still looking for a job of some sort, full time or part time if I can find the right thing, but I'd much rather keep doing it on my own. Even if I take on a job of some sort it will just be to stabalize things until my writing and coaching is built up to where I need it to be.
Oh well, if it was TOO easy it wouldn't be worth doing, right?
