Another year is upon us, and thank God for it!
2010 was full of ups and downs, but despite some serious challenges I have to say it was a good year all things considered.
Now we face the broad undiscovered country of a new year together; how is it looking so far?
I’m writing this very late in the day on 1/ 1 / 11 (a great date), and I am looking at this year with renewed focus. I am not setting grand specific goals like I did last year, rather I am looking at positioning my whole life in a new way. Basically if last year was like planning on buying furniture and knocking down walls, this year is like planning to move to a whole new country!
The number one question I have for you is not about your resolutions, since resolutions don’t really matter. In my experience, resolutions are a list of things people write down on December 30 and have forgotten completely by February 1.
My question, then, is what is the number one thing you had in your life in 2010 that you *don’t* want to bring with you into 2011?
What can you do to make sure you leave it in the past?
Decide quick and get after it; the new year is already here and passing!
And remember:
You are great, and I love you!
